We have always had a passion for teaching children and enjoying the rewards of watching the progression and development as they grow physically and mentally while playing sports.  Children benefit from directed movement which increases their fine and gross motor skills increasing their overall coordination.  Our program encourages children to move and play while using all their muscles through stretches, cardio, strength and agility which all together supports brain development at this stage in your child’s overall growth. Our program also encourages good sportsmanship through teamwork.  The way we teach is the foundation for the children to grow on their own with self-confidence, curiosity and strive to want more. Being aware of the importance of motor development, and offering appropriate activities designed for brain growth exemplifies our program.
