Sports Hero’s United Policies and Procedures

Sports Heroes United is a monthly (4 weeks every month) Sports Enrichment program. All classes are 30 to 35 minutes long and are held once a week on school grounds. All registration forms must be filled out in full. Payments including the $25 annual registration fee must be made in full at time of registration unless otherwise noted.

 

Billing will begin the 20th of every month for the upcoming month. Payments will be made by the first of every month; and a late fee of $10.00 will be added to your account after the first of the month. You will be notified of late fee by e-mail, phone or written letter.

 

Refunds or make-up classes will not be given for individual absences or Holidays.

 

Sports Heroes United will send out a monthly e-mail to notify parents of monthly tuition, as well as, weekly "What We Did" emails and other Sports Hero’s news. Please make sure to add us to your contact information. In addition, the Heroes receive sports stamps showing what sports we played that day.

To withdraw from Sports Heroes United a written two-week notice is required and payments will continue until sports program admin staff is notified.
